Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used candles, personalized/custom orders, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How to Initiate a Return:
