At The Kites Club, we take pride in crafting high-quality candles and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used candles, personalized/custom orders, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please email us at thekitesclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
